If after placing your order you decide you want to reconsider your decision, we make the return process as easy as possible. Although other sellers often do not accept returns of personalized items, we still offer you the option to do so. Simply fill out the return form and return your items without any problems, even if they are personalized. Do you discover a problem or defect in our product?

Please note that a return can only be registered here for orders from our shop - if you have ordered from Amazon, you must register your return there.
How does the return work?
Once we have received your complete return form, our customer support will check it and then confirm it. After confirmation, you can send the package back to us.
As soon as we receive your return, we will arrange for the invoice amount to be refunded as quickly as possible. The amount to be refunded should be back in your account within 10 working days.
Do I have to pay shipping costs if I return a product?
Unfortunately, yume does not cover the return shipping costs.
How long do I have to return something?
You have 100 days to return your order to us. This gives you the opportunity to test our product extensively.
My item is broken
If you have discovered a defect, a return is not always necessary. Simply use our form and preferably a video to request a replacement. Please keep the defective products for 8 days after requesting new goods for possible return.
When and how do I get my money back?
Refunds are usually made via the original payment method used. We will endeavour to process refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, your refund will be credited to your account either immediately or after a short period of time. Please note that you will need to return the item even if you have already received your refund.
Amazon Returns
Returns of yume products ordered through Amazon must also be processed through Amazon. To do so, use Amazon's online return center.
